The 4 yo Healthy Kids Check Resource and Checklist was adapted by WA GP Network from a resource developed by Great Southern GP Network working in collaboration with the Child Health nurses in their community and funded by the Children for the Future – Stronger Families and Communities Strategy, An Australian Government Initiative. The resource is designed to give a check list that can be followed in preparing a Healthy Kids check and information about developmental stages and the physical attributes of 4 year olds.
